Managers that are in the market, most of them create a new base folder, you work with that folder, hopefully window explorer style, and then they synchronize automatically all browsers. Anyway, even the simplest thing of importing bookmarks in IE9 from other browsers has to start manually, when I decide so, it is not automated.
